Revenue Growth Management Analyst
WaterWipes is seeking a Revenue Growth Management Analyst to join our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) function. If you are commercially driven, are energised by data and want to work for a fast-growing global brand, we would love to talk to you! This role could be based in Ireland or UK.
As the Revenue Growth Management Analyst, you will work with the Global RGM Director to develop tools that will enable our teams to deliver WaterWipes strategic goals and help us on our journey to ensure commercial decisions are driven by clear insights and data. You will support key business decisions and processes as part of our central team.
The role sits within our global centre of excellence, and you will regularly support tangible change within our local markets, gaining experience working in collaboration with our sales, marketing, strategy, insights and finance functions.
This position will provide you with the opportunity to support and drive change on key initiatives in a fast-moving and ambitious organisation. This is a great opportunity to join an innovative and ambitious Irish headquartered international group.
Role Deliverables:
- Collect, process and analyse data, drawing insights that will help shape our strategy and decision making. This could include external market data as well as internal financial information.
- Demonstrated the ability to create visually appealing and interactive reports and dashboards for use across the organisation.
- Develop and design end-to-end Power BI solutions, including data acquisition, transformation, data modelling, and report/dashboard creation.
- Own initiatives such as pricing, promotions and trade investment reviews. These are founded in internal and external data and you would present the findings back to senior stakeholders.
- Support strategic decision-making with comprehensive analytics, building case studies, impact analyses and scenario modelling of different proposals.
- Measure the performance of our business vs financial RGM KPIs to ensure we maintain progress against targets.
- Identify key actions to address variances and work with colleagues to resolve.
- Involvement in ad hoc projects as required.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Education to degree level in either Economics Math, Finance or Science is desirable.
- Minimum previous 3 years of proven experience within one of Finance, Strategy, RGM or Analytics, preferably within consumer goods.
- Ability to understand, manipulate and draw conclusions from data
- Competency across Microsoft 365 applications and an expert in excel and PowerBI.
- Ability to collaborate, manage, influence, and motivate across organisational boundaries.
- Evidence of strategic involvement and thinking in the previous role
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent attention to detail and has experience working to tight deadlines.
- Excellent inter-personal skills with ability to develop & nurture relationships across the entire business.
- Continuously strive to improve how we operate through streamlining processes or eliminating inefficiencies.
- Proven record of achievement, with specific examples of process improvement achievements
Not required but advantageous:
- Familiar with FMCG environment and e-commerce within an International Company.
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of external market data such as Nielsen, Kantar, Numerator and Profitero.
