National Account Executive
Job Title: National Account Executive
Location: UK, remote
As a National Account Executive, you will be supporting our National Account Managers and customers through managing internal and external data and processes. This is a role for someone beginning their career in FMCG, or with some experience but with scope to develop towards account management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage EPOS, stockholding/availability and depot inbound customer and internal SFA reports and commentary, where appropriate summarising valuable insights
- Manage our bottom-up budget forecasting file e.g. weekly EPOS updates, adding new lines, reviewing summary pages etc
- Take ownership over internal and external admin and processes including NPD information (new line forms), promotional proposals and promotional calendars
- Work with the third-party field teams to deliver best practice in-store sales execution, on shelf availability and promotional compliance. Report back on key metrics including compliance & availability, via store audits
- Manage adherence to Brandbank imagery, assets and product titles to ensure consistency across UKI customers
- Manage sample ordering and delivery process
- Develop a process and supporting files to track invoices and accruals
- Prep team meeting slides (weekly) and Pre S&OP slides (monthly) and take minutes and actions for both meetings
- Update cross functional operational plan document on behalf of the team
- Utilising online and in store visits, prepare a weekly promotional insights presentation covering NPD, key promos, price changes (price tracker), key feature space across key customers and competitors in UKI market (incl pictures)
- Work with Category insight to deliver quarterly promotional evaluation ROI insight to the team to inform strategic decisions
Experience & Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level or 2 years relevant work experience
- Excellent communication, time management, organization, and presentation skills
- Versatile, self-motivated, proactive and results driven with strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite applications, sales database, and web applications.
- Able to respond and adapt to a fast moving, swiftly changing environment.
