Join our dynamic Global Marketing team as a CRM Specialist, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and growing our household Irish brand from our headquarters in Drogheda. Reporting to the Digital Operations Marketing Manager, you will have a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on a global scale while working in a supportive and flexible environment.

You will be an integral member of the award-winning Global Marketing team, making a tangible difference in how our brand resonates worldwide. Through creating innovative digital marketing strategies across key international markets, including the US, UK, Australia, France, and more, you can be a part of our global growth.

No two days in WaterWipes are the same! In your role, you will:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that align with our global brand strategy.
• Champion our SEO, email marketing, and content marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with the SEO agency to ensure that website content is optimised for SEO, staying close to AI enhancements and impacts.
• Analyse and report on digital channel and campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging, share insights and learnings across all digital platforms, and ensure digital excellence across the customer journey.
• Drive impactful CRM and localised content strategies specifically tailored for markets including the US, UK, Australia, France, and more, enhancing customer engagement.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to maximise our digital performance.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, driving value to enhance our digital presence.

About you! You are the kind of person who:

• Enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-moving environment
• Can prioritise, managing workloads and timelines to achieve deadlines
• Gets fired up about CRM and Content campaigns and aims to deliver excellence in these areas
• Has a strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices, with a proven track record of successful email marketing campaign execution.
• Has a creative mindset and ability to turn strategy into action.
• Can work proactively with your own initiative while performing as a team member.
• Has excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

You need:

• At least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong background in CRM, email marketing, and content campaigns.
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Degree in Digital Marketing or a related field is required
• Proficiency with Content Management Systems, Google Analytics (preferably GA4), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud)
• Proven track record in planning and executing successful email marketing strategies
