Shopper Activation Manager

You'll work at the intersection of marketing, sales, digital and customer teams, delivering activation that drives measurable commercial results across France, Spain and Poland.
The Opportunity
WaterWipes is growing across Europe, and we're looking for an Omni-Shopper Activation Manager to lead shopper marketing execution across key markets.
Reporting to the Omni-Shopper Marketing Manager EMEA+, you'll be responsible for bringing our global brand strategy to life through local activations that convert shoppers into customers. From e-commerce content and digital campaigns to in-store activation and innovation launches, you'll ensure we deliver a consistent and compelling shopper experience wherever consumers interact with our brand.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong shopper marketing expertise with commercial thinking, thrives in a fast-moving FMCG environment, and enjoys working across markets, functions and customers.
What You'll Be Accountable For
Developing and delivering annual omni-shopper activation plans across France, Spain and Poland.
Translating global campaigns and toolkits into locally relevant customer and retailer activation programmes.
Creating and optimising digital content that strengthens our e-commerce presence and shopper experience.
Partnering with sales teams to deliver customer-specific campaigns that support business growth.
Supporting innovation launches and portfolio extensions with effective activation strategies.
Measuring campaign performance, analysing ROI and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Managing agency partners, POS production and activation budgets.
Ensuring all activations meet WaterWipes brand standards and regulatory requirements.
Building strong relationships across commercial, marketing and global teams to drive execution excellence.
Who This Role Is For
This role is suited to someone who understands that great shopper marketing combines creativity with commercial impact.
You'll likely bring:
Experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing or omni-channel activation within FMCG or consumer goods.
A track record of delivering integrated online and offline campaigns.
Strong understanding of retail, category and e-commerce environments.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders across different markets.
Confidence working with agencies and external partners.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Experience managing budgets and assessing campaign performance.
Fluency in English and French.
Additional European languages and experience working across multiple international markets would be an advantage.
