People Administrator

As our People Administrator, you are right at the heart of how we support colleagues across the world. You'll play a key part in creating smooth, professional experiences for employees. Whether they are joining, growing or moving on to their next chapter.
The work that you will do will ensure our Global People Operations runs cleanly, accurately and confidently and your impact will be felt beyond the HR Team.
You will spend your days helping new starters feel welcome and prepared, guiding managers and employees through their questions and making sure our people systems stay accurate and up to date. One moment you might be coordinating a new hires onboarding journey, Contracts, systems access, right to work checks and the next you are supporting payroll with precise monthly updates or helping troubleshoot an HRIS query with calm, friendly confidence.
There is a rhythm to the role, regular reporting cycles where your attention to detail shines, moments where you support benefits, compensation processes, or entity set up and daily interactions where you're the person people turn to for clear answers and reassurance. The work is varied, meaningful and perfect for someone who enjoys the balance of people engagement and behind the scenes operational excellence.
To be successful here you don't need to be loud or visible, you need to be steady, thoughtful and dependable. You love to be onsite at our Drogheda Headquarters meeting your stakeholders face to face, 3 days a week. You're the kind of person who spots a detail others might miss, who understands the responsibility that comes with handling sensitive information and who finds satisfaction in knowing the data is clean, the process is correct and the employee experience is smooth because of your work. To thrive in this role you are a natural organizer who likes having several threads in motion and take genuine pride in keeping them all on track.
