Intake Quality Controller

Help protect the quality customers trust, before production even begins. WaterWipes is hiring a Intake Quality Controller to complete intake quality checks on incoming raw materials and components, ensuring everything meets specification and GMP standards before release.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform intake inspections and record results accurately

  • Review COAs and intake documentation for compliance and traceability

  • Quarantine/escalate non-conforming materials and support close-out of NCs

  • Partner daily with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Production and Suppliers

  • Support audit readiness and maintain high GMP standards

  • Travel locally to 3rd-party warehouses when required (full driving licence essential)

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a GMP/QC environment (manufacturing, pharma, food, etc.)

  • Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and communication skills

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and cross-functional teamwork

  • Nice to have: 3rd-level qualification (Science/Food/Pharma) and/or S/4HANA (S4H) exposure
