Walmart Director
Reporting to the General Manager Americas, this role owns the end‑to‑end Walmart strategy across Walmart Stores and walmart.com
You will:
Set and execute a long‑term Joint Business Plan
Drive accelerated share, sales, and profit growth
Lead senior‑level engagement with Walmart’s buying, merchant, and replenishment teams
Orchestrate flawless cross‑functional execution internally
This is a high‑impact leadership role with full accountability for one of the most strategically important customers in the region.
What You’ll Be Accountable For
You will:
Own the Walmart JBP with a clear 3‑year growth ambition
Serve as the primary senior contact for Walmart’s Buying Leadership
Deliver aggressive share, sales, and profit growth
Drive performance through sell‑in and sell‑out levers
Elevate WaterWipes as a best‑in‑class Walmart supplier
Lead assortment, inventory, and merchandising strategy using data and insight
Execute innovation, omni‑channel, in‑store and e‑commerce growth plans
Set, track, and refine KPIs to maximise results
Partner closely with Sales Strategy, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain
Provide market and competitive insights to senior leadership
Build and lead a high‑performance, collaborative culture
Who This Role Is For
This role is for a seasoned Walmart leader with real scale experience.
You are likely:
A Walmart Director / Lead/ Senior Account Leader
Known inside Walmart as a credible strategic partner
Experienced managing significant complexity and volume
You must have:
10+ years of account leadership experience in CPG
A proven track record managing Walmart successfully
Deep experience driving POS, merchandising, omni‑channel growth
P&L and commercial accountability
Strong cross‑functional leadership capability
A reputation for delivery, influence, and partnership
