Global Media Manager
Own global paid media strategy and prove impact with dashboards and test-and-learn. Partner markets, steer agencies, and influence C-suite decisions. Ireland/NI hybrid (Drogheda weekly) + travel.

WaterWipes is looking for a Global Media Manager to shape paid media strategy across markets and prove what's working through clear measurement. You'll partner closely with regional teams, challenge plans with data and translate learning in to executive ready recommendations.
The Opportunity:
This is a central role in our global media team, focused on deployment, integration and measurement of media activity. so investment delivers against business and marketing objectives. You'll lead how we evaluate effectiveness across channels, strengthen our dashboards and reporting, and run global test and learn approach that turns learning in to action. You will be part of the Media Team and reporting in to our Global Media Director, a thought leader in Media Marketing Instagram.
What you will be accountable for:
You will be accountable for making global paid media perform and prove it. That means staying close to what's happening in the market, joining calls with regional teams to understand what's going live, challenging channel choices and reach, troubleshooting plans when performance dips, and ensuring our media strategy is deployed brilliantly across priority markets. You'll lead the relationship with key platforms and agency partners so we get more value, better planning and sharper execution across channels (including paid social, PPC, TV, and omni where relevant)
You'll also own the measurement backbone that turns speed into decisions. You'll run the quarterly global media sign off process, consolidating investment plans in to clear, decision ready outputs and co-lead executive media reviews with confident, commercial recommendations. You'll strengthen dashboard and reporting, lead a disciplined global test and learn program and translate performance, mix modelling outputs, competitor activity and creative asset learnings into actions that improve effectiveness and efficiency, not next month slides.

This role is for you if you have strong paid media strategy instincts and can also get deep in to measurement, dashboards and effectiveness.
If you can influence without formal authority, partnering with brand teams regionally, earning and building credibility through clarity and insight.
If you are some one confident in presenting learnings and trade offs at senior level, with executive summaries that lead to decisions.
This role is for you if you posses in house experience in a brand with robust paid media investment or agency management OR if you have agency experience(Paid media) with demonstrable brand partnership and multi market delivery.

You build trust fast across regions and agencies, influence without authority and keep everyone aligned through clear plans, crisp priorities and disciplined follow through (especially around quarterly sign off and executive reviews). you communicate in a way that lands at every level, able to summarize the 'so what' for leaders and dop in to detail when needed, while staying calm under pressure. Proactive with issues and relentless about turning learnings into decisions and improvements.

Location & Practicalities:
Base location: Ireland or Northern Ireland with ability to work from our Drogheda Head Office regularly.
Working Model: Hybrid working Model with a minimum of 1 day onsite per week.
Travel: International travel is required for this role so passport and full clean driving license are required.
Reporting Line: Reporting to the Global Media Director
