Regional Supply Planner
The Regional Supply Planner sits at the centre of how we deliver for our customers. You will own supply across regional warehouses, making sure the right product is available, in the right place, at the right time. Your decisions will show up directly in service levels, stock health, and commercial performance.
You’ll manage the regional supply plan end-to-end in SAP IBP (DRP), connecting demand forecasts, factory output, and logistics constraints into a clear, actionable plan. This is not about maintaining a plan; it is about shaping it, challenging it, and making calls when trade-offs are needed.
Working across Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics, you will align priorities, confirm what’s feasible, and give the business clear direction on supply. You will also take ownership of inventory outcomes, setting safety stock, managing risk, and acting early on supply gaps, excess, and obsolescence.
This role moves at a pace. You will deal with change, disruption, and competing priorities, staying close to the detail while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
If you are ready to take ownership, make decisions, and be accountable for regional supply outcomes, this is where you step up.

Take full ownership of purchase orders from creation through to amendment and completion, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with supply plans.Identify and Act on Supply Risk
Stay ahead of risk, whether it is supply gaps, capacity constraints, logistics delays, or demand shifts. Bring clear options, make decisions, and follow through to resolution.Drive Stock Accuracy and Risk Reduction
Lead weekly stock-at-risk analysis, identifying out-of-stock and below-safety-stock issues. Drive actions to reduce excess, obsolescence, and service risk.Lead Cross-Functional Alignment
Act as the central point of contact for supply. Work closely with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Sales, Logistics, and Finance to ensure everyone is aligned on priorities, constraints, and outcomes.Communicate Clearly and Early
Provide transparent, timely updates on product availability, risks, and recovery plans. Set clear expectations and avoid surprises.Support Better Decisions Across the Business

About WaterWipes
WaterWipes® was created by our founder Edward McCloskey after his newborn daughter developed a nappy rash on her sensitive skin. After an extensive search he couldn’t find a baby wipe that didn’t contain numerous ingredients, so he decided to make his own. Many years later and after a lot of hard work, testing, and scientific research, WaterWipes® was born. Pure and gentle for the most delicate skin but in the convenience of a baby wipe, WaterWipes® are purer than cotton wool and water. Every day, parents around the world are discovering the benefits of our gentle and effective WaterWipes® for their baby’s skin. We hope you like them too.
