About the Opportunity

At WaterWipes, we are building a more insight-led, commercially focused finance function to support our ambitious international growth plans. We are looking for a Finance Analyst who can combine strong financial expertise with advanced analytical capability to help drive performance across our Americas business.

Reporting to the Director of Commercial Finance – Americas, this is a highly visible role where you will partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Ecommerce and Supply Chain teams. You will go beyond reporting, using data, financial modelling and business insight to influence decisions, identify opportunities, and support key initiatives including new product launches, retailer expansion, and long-range business planning.

What You Will Be Accountable For

• Delivering high-quality financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis that supports business performance.

• Building and enhancing financial models that improve forecasting accuracy and scenario planning.

• Developing dashboards and visual reporting tools that provide clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Supporting commercial decision-making through profitability analysis, business cases and performance evaluation.

• Partnering with teams across Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce and Supply Chain to drive business performance.

• Identifying opportunities to automate processes, improve reporting and strengthen financial insight capabilities.

Who This Role Is For

You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering. You enjoy working with data, building models, solving problems and influencing decisions.

You will bring strong commercial acumen, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to communicate complex information in a way that is clear, practical and actionable. Experience with Power BI, SAP S/4HANA, AI-enabled analytics, or within FMCG environments would be an advantage.
