Procurement Administrator (Chinese Speaking)

We're looking for a Procurement Administrator (Chinese Speaking) to support our Procurement team and strengthen our engagement with China-based suppliers. This role sits at the heart of supplier communication, procurement administration and supply chain coordination, ensuring information flows clearly, actions are followed through and priorities keep moving.

What You'll Be Accountable For
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Procurement team.
Acting as a translator during supplier meetings and communications between English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
Capturing meeting notes, key actions and agreed outcomes, ensuring timely follow-up.
Maintaining accurate supplier records, procurement documentation and tracking tools.
Supporting supplier onboarding activities and coordinating required documentation.
Assisting with sourcing activities across raw materials, equipment, parts and operational requirements.
Tracking supplier actions, delivery commitments and shipment schedules.
Coordinating communication with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure visibility of risks and delays.
Working closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing and Brand teams to support business priorities.
Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and supplier communication practices.
Who This Role Is For
This role is suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and enjoys working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
You may already have experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, administration or supplier coordination. Equally, you may bring strong business translation experience and be looking to develop your career within a global procurement environment.
You will be someone who takes ownership of your work, follows through on commitments and enjoys bringing clarity and structure to complex activities.
Most importantly, you will be confident communicating in both English and Chinese and comfortable supporting conversations with suppliers across different time zones.

Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Confidence communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Strong follow-up and action-tracking skills.
A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
Experience within procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics or supplier-facing environments would be advantageous.
Exposure to ERP systems, supplier onboarding or international sourcing would be beneficial.
