Global People Administrator
The Opportunity
Good People operations depend on getting the detail right.
We are looking for a Global People Administrator to support the accurate and reliable delivery of People processes across WaterWipes. You will help manage key activities throughout the employee lifecycle, from contracts and onboarding through to payroll inputs, employee data, reporting, benefits and offboarding.
This is an opportunity for someone with practical HR experience and a relevant HR qualification to continue building their career in a global People function. You will take ownership of established processes, support employees and managers, and make sure important actions are completed accurately and on time.
The role is varied, fast-moving and highly connected across the business. It requires someone who understands HR administration, handles confidential information with care and follows through on commitments.
What You’ll Be Accountable For
Coordinate onboarding, including pre-employment checks, right-to-work validation, contract preparation, system enrolment and internal notifications.
Manage accurate and timely offboarding administration across People systems, payroll, access and relevant stakeholders.
Prepare contracts, letters and documentation for approved employee changes and internal transfers.
Maintain accurate employee information across our HRIS, SAP, time and attendance, and other People systems.
Complete data audits, reporting-line updates, data cleansing and organisation-chart maintenance.
Prepare and submit accurate monthly payroll inputs and supporting information.
Administer established leave, benefits and employee schemes, including annual leave, Bike-to-Work and other approved programmes.
Support annual salary review and bonus administration through accurate data preparation, system updates and employee letters.
Produce recurring People reports and prepare defined metrics and board-pack information for senior review.
Maintain complete records and provide administrative support for audits and employee-relations activity.
Provide first-line guidance to employees and managers on approved People policies and processes.
Recognise when a matter requires further judgement and escalate it to the appropriate senior People team member.
Coordinate purchase orders, invoices and routine supplier administration.
Identify practical ways to improve templates, controls and established People processes.
Who This Role Is For
This role is for someone who already has practical experience working in HR administration or People operations and now wants to build broader experience within a global organisation.
To be considered, you must have:
At least one year of practical experience in HR administration or People operations.
A relevant qualification in Human Resources.
Experience handling confidential employee information and maintaining data in an HR system.
Experience delivering accurate, time-sensitive administration across several recurring processes.
The ability to prepare, check and present reports and employee data accurately.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-through.
The judgement to resolve routine queries and recognise when an issue needs to be escalated.
Both previous HR experience and a relevant HR qualification are essential requirements for this position.
Experience in any of the following would add value:
Supporting employees across more than one legal entity, country or location.
Preparing payroll inputs or administering employee benefits.
Supporting annual salary review, bonus or other People cycles.
Completing HR data audits, recurring reports or compliance administration.
Managing purchase orders, invoices or routine supplier activity.
Supporting document control, audit readiness or employee-relations administration.
What Will Make You Successful Here
You understand that accurate HR administration has a direct impact on employees, managers and the wider business.
You take ownership of your work and follow actions through to completion. You plan ahead for recurring deadlines, raise dependencies early and do not leave others unclear about what happens next.
You are comfortable working with detailed employee data and confidential information. You check your work carefully, use approved processes and recognise when something does not look right.
You communicate clearly and respectfully. You can explain an established process to an employee or manager while understanding when a matter falls outside your authority.
You are also willing to challenge inefficient ways of working. You look for practical improvements without losing the controls, approvals and accuracy required within a People function.

About WaterWipes
WaterWipes® was created by our founder Edward McCloskey after his newborn daughter developed a nappy rash on her sensitive skin. After an extensive search he couldn’t find a baby wipe that didn’t contain numerous ingredients, so he decided to make his own. Many years later and after a lot of hard work, testing, and scientific research, WaterWipes® was born. Pure and gentle for the most delicate skin but in the convenience of a baby wipe, WaterWipes® are purer than cotton wool and water. Every day, parents around the world are discovering the benefits of our gentle and effective WaterWipes® for their baby’s skin. We hope you like them too.
